Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to drive SMB customers' cloud adoption and digital transformation journeys. You will guide strategic migrations, design cloud-native solutions, and work with sales, solution architecture, and enterprise support teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will lead programs across IT, operations, and business units, earning trust at executive levels and shaping roadmaps to accelerate cloud benefits for diverse customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with proven thought leadership, business case development, and successful completions.
• 5+ years in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant, or with prior experience managing technical programs.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills through all levels of an organization including C-suite.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of existing and developing cloud technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Possess a strong background in change management and apply change best practices to project delivery.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
• Assist customers in identifying use cases and best-practice implementations for AWS adoption.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
