Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Pre-Sales Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer to join our customer-facing team. You will design, position, and articulate cybersecurity solutions that align with business goals across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.

You’ll lead technical discovery, assess architectures, and develop proposals and documentation for customers and internal sales. Strong presentation and relationship skills are essential, with deep knowledge of CNAPP, identity, network

Qualifications

3+ years in cybersecurity, pre-sales, or solutions architecture.
Broad understanding of enterprise cloud environments and hybrid setups.
Strong knowledge of identity, network security, endpoint protection, data protection, and SOC.
Experience supporting sales teams in VAR/SI/tech provider channel.
Excellent presentation and live/demonstration skills.
Strong documentation and diagramming abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to capture goals and challenges.
Assess customer security architectures and identify gaps and risks.
Design scalable cybersecurity solutions aligned to requirements.
Prepare proposals and technical documentation for customers.
Provide technical enablement and security training to internal teams.
Deliver engaging presentations and live demos for stakeholders.
Maintain high-quality diagrams and customer-facing documentation.
