Job summary

Sysdig is seeking a driven BDR to qualify prospects through outbound prospecting and uncover business needs. You will execute targeted campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify new opportunities within your ICP and territory.

You will manage inbound AQLs, multi-thread buying groups, and advance opportunities with AE/SE teams while enhancing outreach with AI tools and close collaboration with Marketing.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of B2B sales or business development experience in outbound motion.
• Familiarity with SaaS or cybersecurity is a plus but not essential.
• Strong written, verbal and video communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospects via outbound prospecting to uncover business needs and pain points.
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns across phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Respond to demo requests and inbound leads quickly to maximize conversion.
• Progress existing pipeline by engaging multiple decision makers across teams.
• Contribute to weekly meetings with AE(s) and SE(s) with account intelligence.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to improve outreach efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
