Job summary

Aegis AI is seeking a dynamic BDR/SDR to drive outbound prospecting and build our pipeline from the ground up. You will target mid-market and enterprise accounts across financial services, healthcare, and tech, translating complex concepts into business value.

You will own cadences, scripts, and playbooks while collaborating with Product and Engineering to refine messaging as our market evolves. This is the very first sales hire, offering rapid growth into an Account Executive role.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in BDR/SDR or equivalent quota-bearing roles, ideally at a security, SaaS, or enterprise software company.
• A proven hunter mentality: you live for outbound prospecting and consistently exceed activity and pipeline targets.
• Excellent communication skills—your voice and your writing persuade technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Comfort navigating enterprise buying cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset: you continually analyze and refine your approach based on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach (cold calls, emails, social) into mid-market and enterprise accounts in financial services, healthcare, and tech.
• Research and map organizational structures to identify key stakeholders and pain points.
• Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls.
• Develop cadences and A/B test messaging that drives engagement and response.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data.
