Job summary

Aegis AI Security is seeking a hungry BDR to build our initial pipeline in mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will conduct targeted outreach via cold calls, emails, and social channels, map organizational structures, and qualify inbound leads to book discovery calls.

Based in NY or SF, you’ll own cadences and messaging, experiment with A/B tests, and partner with Product and Engineering to refine positioning as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in BDR/SDR or quota-bearing roles in security/SaaS/enterprise software.
• Hunter mentality: outbound prospecting and meeting targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience navigating enterprise buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach (cold calls, emails, social) into mid-market and enterprise accounts in financial services, healthcare, and tech.
• Research and map organizational structures to identify key stakeholders and pain points.
• Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls.
