Job summary

Doppel is seeking a BDR Manager to lead a high-performing team of BDRs across Commercial, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise segments. This hands-on leadership role requires coaching, pipeline generation, and accountability in a fast-growing cybersecurity startup based in Austin, TX.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and RevOps to optimize outbound, inbound motion, and apply AI-enabled workflows while developing career paths and performance plans for the BDR team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales development or business development experience.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience leading BDRs or SDRs.
• Proven track record of coaching BDR/SDR teams to achieve or exceed pipeline generation goals.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of BDRs responsible for outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, lead nurturing, and qualified pipeline generation.
• Provide consistent 1:1 coaching, call reviews, pipeline reviews, and performance feedback to help each BDR achieve and exceed goals.
• Establish clear expectations around activity, meetings, qualified opportunities, pipeline creation, and overall performance.
• Build individualized development plans and create clear career paths for BDRs to grow within Doppel’s Sales organization.
• Identify performance gaps early and provide actionable coaching and support to improve results.
• Partner with Sales leadership to recruit, onboard, ramp, and retain high-performing BDR talent.
