Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Customer Acquisition Representative (CAR) to launch a cloud sales career. You will drive top-of-funnel outreach, research accounts, and generate qualified leads using AI-powered tools under a structured development program.

As the entry point into AWS’s North American sales organization, you’ll work with mentors and move toward full-cycle selling within 18–24 months, with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience selling AI/ML solutions is a plus.
• Experience with cold calling, prospecting and qualifying companies or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Account Teams to develop a deep understanding of industries, accounts, and personas within territories.
• Lead top-of-funnel activity: conduct high-quality account research and source net-new contacts to execute high-volume prospecting and lead qualification.
• Drive net-new business via customer acquisition through outbound campaigns and qualify leads from marketing and partner channels.
• Expand services breadth and consumption within existing customers via account planning and territory management.
• Deliver results against input and output goals: contacts sourced, leads qualified, calls, meetings, and opportunities.
• Leverage AI-powered sales intelligence platforms and automation to identify high-propensity accounts and optimize pipeline in Salesforce.
