Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking Customer Acquisition Representatives (CARs) to launch careers in AWS North American sales. You will drive top-of-funnel activity, source new contacts, and advance opportunities across assigned territories using AI-powered tools and data-driven insights.

You'll join a structured development program designed to grow you into a full cycle seller within 18–24 months, with mentorship and ongoing learning opportunities across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
• 1+ year of experience in technology sales, SaaS, or cloud services preferred.
• Experience with outbound prospecting tools and techniques (cold calling, social selling, email sequencing).

Responsabilidades

• Develop deep understanding of industries, accounts and personas in your territories.
• Lead top-of-funnel activity: high-volume prospecting and new contact sourcing.
• Drive net-new business via outbound campaigns and qualified leads.
• Expand services breadth within existing customers via account planning.
• Meet input/output goals: contacts sourced, leads qualified, calls, meetings, opportunities.
• Leverage AI-powered sales intelligence, analytics, and automation for prioritization.
• Implement next-gen engagement strategies with AI and personalization engines.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and raise engagement standards.
