Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
• 1+ years of experience in technology sales, SaaS, or cloud services.
• Experience with outbound prospecting tools and techniques.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Account Teams to understand industries, accounts, and personas within territories.
• Lead top-of-funnel activity: conduct account research and source net-new contacts at scale.
• Drive net-new business via customer acquisition using outbound campaigns and qualify leads from marketing.
• Expand services breadth and consumption within existing customer base via account planning and territory management.
• Deliver results against input and output goals: contacts sourced, leads qualified, meetings scheduled, opportunities created.
• Leverage AI-powered sales intelligence platforms to identify high-propensity accounts and optimize pipeline development in Salesforce.
• Stay ahead of the curve with AI-driven engagement strategies and personalization engines.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and raise the bar for customer engagement.
