Dark Wolf is seeking a Google Customer Engineer to serve as a critical liaison for our DoD customer, enabling optimal adoption and secure use of Google Cloud in a government environment. • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
• 1+ years of experience with GCP.
• US Citizenship with active Secret clearance.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify requirements, pain points, optimization opportunities, and security concerns and translate into actionable engineering tasks.
• Generate, update, action, and close tickets in response to customer needs and security concerns.
• Conduct customer engagement activities such as weekly office hours and system monitoring to ensure proper use of Google Platform.
• Help optimize projects for cost and educate users to support cloud adoption and culture change.
• Provide feedback to the government team and help update documentation and processes for better Zero Trust and cybersecurity accreditation.
