Job summary

Dark Wolf is seeking a Google Cloud Customer Engineer to serve as a key liaison for our DoD customer, ensuring optimal adoption, secure usage, and continuous improvement of cloud services in a government environment.

The role is primarily remote and may require presence at one of our Dark Wolf Hubs. Candidates should have strong GCP expertise, security knowledge, and excellent communication skills to drive a successful cloud transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud computing.
• 1+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• US Citizenship and active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify requirements and security concerns; translate into engineering tasks.
• Create, update, and close assignment tickets in response to customer needs.
• Lead customer engagement: office hours, monitoring, and requirement gathering.
• Optimize projects for cloud usage and educate on culture change.
