Job summary

CDW is seeking a Manager, PPM to lead a team focused on strategic product categories within the CDW portfolio. You will drive profitability by developing programs for products and partners, manage partner relationships, and align marketing with sales leaders to target customer segments.

You will influence pricing, marketing plans, and content for manufacturer ads, while forecasting sales and ensuring growth across categories. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing or related field with 5 years in product management, marketing, supply chain, sales or finance.
• Or 9 years of combined experience in these areas.
• Proven track record coaching or mentoring others.
• Strong cross-functional and strategic leadership with financial acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to coworkers through coaching, feedback, development goals, and performance management.
• Own and maximize PCM – Partner Controllable Margin.
• Establish pricing strategies and monitor competitive activity; oversee product information and customer needs.
• Create and approve customer offers and marketing plans for product portfolios.
• Maximize revenue, profit and vendor co-op through planning and marketing.
• Manage and interface with partners to develop or enhance marketing of product lines.
• Lead merchandising, assess competition, and manage SKUs per category.
• Identify emerging technologies and industry trends; forecast sales with Purchasing.
• Act as escalation point between vendor and CDW; guide AI adoption and learning.
