Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Manager, Product & Partner Management in Chicago to drive profitability through product and partner programs. You will own the PCM, lead top partners, and shape pricing, marketing plans, and customer offers across key categories.

You will work with executives and cross‑functional teams to forecast sales, manage a growing team, and develop talent in a fast‑paced tech solutions environment. Strong communication and strategic execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in product management, marketing, supply chain, sales, or finance.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Proven track record in services product management/marketing a product line.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and revenue through product and partner programs.
• Own PCM – Partner Controllable Margin for assigned categories.
• Lead top partners and coordinate with executives on strategy.
• Develop and execute customer offers and pricing strategies.
• Oversee marketing plans for solution services & products.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to forecast sales and pricing shifts.
• Manage team performance and develop talent for succession.
• Align with brand teams and compliance to follow guidelines.
