Job summary

Salesforce Marketing Technologies: Higher Education is seeking a Cloud Account Executive to drive revenue within higher-ed accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, owning the sales cycle for the Salesforce Marketing tech stack and collaborating with cross-functional teams to win opportunities.

Candidate should have 5+ years of outside enterprise software sales experience, with a strong background in digital marketing solutions and comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience with digital marketing sales.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Digital Technology Stack.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert for how Higher Education uses Salesforce Marketing solutions.
• Enable and empower the broader Account team on Salesforce Marketing tech.
• Collaborate with Account/Territory teams to identify target accounts.
• Create and drive revenue within a region and/or named accounts.
• Generate opportunities via networking, cold-calling, and prospecting Salesforce customers.
• Own the sales cycle for the Salesforce Marketing tech stack.
• Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales quotas.
• Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
