Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Account Executive to drive revenue within the Higher Education market for Salesforce Marketing solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, collaborate with the account team, and target named accounts to generate opportunities and close deals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in outside enterprise software sales, a track record of quota attainment, and comfort presenting to C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside enterprise software sales experience.
• Digital Marketing sales experience required.
• Experience with Salesforce Digital Technology Stack preferred.
• Proven track record of sales excellence as an individual contributor and team player.
• Experience selling to C-level stakeholders is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on how Higher Education institutions leverage Salesforce Marketing solutions.
• Empower and enable the broader Account team on Salesforce Marketing technology.
• Identify target accounts and drive revenue within region/list of named accounts.
• Generate business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting Salesforce customers.
• Own the sales cycle for the Salesforce Marketing technology stack.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
