You will mentor the IT team, lead cross-functional projects, and evaluate new tools while maintaining clear documentation and standards to support scalable operations at Ethos.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Engineering, Systems Admin, or similar in cloud-first environments.
• Proven experience managing SaaS-based IT infrastructure at scale.
• Security-first approach across IT systems and processes.
• Experience with macOS/Windows endpoints in modern device management.
