Job summary

Ethos is seeking an AI-native strategy and operations leader to accelerate growth for its direct-to-consumer life insurance platform. You will drive cross-functional initiatives spanning marketing, product, and sales and partner with leaders across the organization to champion AI adoption that moves key metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years total experience in strategy and operations, including consulting or banking, plus 3+ years in growth-focused roles at high-growth companies
• Genuinely AI-native — demonstrates hands-on AI experimentation and deployment to improve decisions and outcomes
• Strong operator mindset with a track record of end-to-end delivery in fast-moving environments
• Excellent communicator able to convey strategic concepts to executives and translate them into actionable plans

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across product portfolio, lifecycle, and channels
• Drive growth initiatives from concept to completion, owning some and enabling others
• Assess opportunities with business cases, unit economics, and data-driven go/no-go decisions
• Coordinate across product, marketing, sales, and engineering to align goals
• Lead quarterly OKR planning and drive cross-functional execution
• Partner with leaders to reimagine functions and accelerate AI adoption to change outcomes
