Responsibilities

• Lead 1-2 scrum teams building Agent SDK, RAG pipeline, and sandbox.
• Set engineering standards for agent specs, delegation, and verification.
• Coordinate parallel workstreams across platform initiatives.
• Own scaffolding and conventions for SDKs, agent instructions, and evaluation harnesses.
• Coach engineers on agentic craft and delivery expectations.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of systems and processes.
