Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Digital Customer Education Specialist for Premium & Paid Programs. You will design end-to-end premium HR education experiences, develop curricula, and produce engaging assets using AI.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Product and Success to drive adoption and pipeline growth. Requires 2+ years in customer education or similar, strong facilitation, and the ability to simplify complex topics with SME support.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer education or enablement, including paid programs.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for live sessions.
• Ability to translate SME knowledge into practical learning materials.
• Applied AI fluency to accelerate research and content production.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver premium and paid HR education across multiple modalities.
• Develop curricula including objectives, activities, and assessments.
• Create scripts, slides, videos, and assets using AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing, GTM and Success to drive leads and growth.
• Lead live sessions and adapt delivery based on learner needs.
• Define success metrics and monitor LMS analytics and engagement.
