Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Cloud Intelligence Field BDM to partner with the field sales team, helping customers understand why AWS is the best cloud partner. You will coach sales teams to amplify AWS strengths, identify signals, and craft compelling value propositions for executive audiences.

You will work across business and technology domains, engage with C-level stakeholders, and travel for in-person workshops.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years working with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking).
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years working with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating releases.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable competitive strategies to win key deals.
• Support, coach, and develop large deal closing capability.
• Be the go-to resource for AWS field sales and leadership.
• Articulate business value of AWS differentiators to customers.
• Influence executives and stakeholders to differentiate AWS value.
• Support strategic, in-person workshops (travel required).
• Develop and share cloud adoption trends and blockers.
• Upskill field teams with field-friendly content and trainings.
• Track signals to improve offerings.
