Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Business Development Manager focused on Cloud Intelligence to empower sellers with cloud business insights and inform customers on cloud platform strategies.

You will collaborate with AWS Sales, Marketing, BD and product teams to win competitive engagements. You will translate business requirements into cloud outcomes, drive digital transformation at the executive level, and coach sales teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences.
• Preferred: Master's degree or PMP certificate.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable competitive strategies to enable winning key strategic deals.
• Support, coach, and develop large deal closing capability.
• Be the go-to resource for an AWS field sales segment and sales leadership for AWS differentiation.
• Articulate the business value of AWS propositions to customers, working from their strategic objectives.
• Demonstrate the ability to earn trust with and influence C-level executives.
• Lead strategic, in-person workshops (travel required).
• Develop and share cloud adoption trends and blockers across the cloud ecosystem.
