Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in New York, NY, is seeking a Business Development Manager focused on Cloud Intelligence to provide sellers with insights on cloud business and sales strategies, helping inform customers when choosing a Cloud Platform Service Provider.

You will partner with AWS Sales, Marketing, BD and product teams to win competitive engagements, translate business requirements into cloud outcomes, and coach sales teams toward digital transformation at the executive level.

Qualifications

5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop scalable competitive strategies to enable winning key strategic deals.
Support, coach, and develop large deal closing capability.
Be the go-to resource for an AWS field sales segment and sales leadership for AWS differentiation.
Leverage communication skills to articulate the business value of AWS propositions.
Lead strategic, in-person workshops and travel as needed.
