Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead, scale, and mature our VMware Cloud Foundation services practice.

You will oversee delivery across VCF Infrastructure Modernization and Hybrid Cloud offerings, ment oring architects and engineers, and aligning with sales and delivery leadership to secure secure, high-impact outcomes for enterprise clients using Broadcom VMware technologies.

Qualifications

Must have demonstrated leadership of delivery teams in a consulting or enterprise setting.
Experience delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice with consistent, high-quality delivery.
Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere).
Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere 9).
Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and support presales.
Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to drive improvement.
Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges related to Broadcom VCF solutions.
Build relationships with clients and stakeholders as trusted advisor for VCF strategy.
