Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead, scale, and mature the VMware Cloud Foundation services practice, focusing on VCF Infrastructure Modernization and Hybrid Cloud solutions for enterprise clients.

You will mentor architects, consultants, and engineers, partner with sales for presales, and define delivery standards while ensuring secure, scalable outcomes across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional leadership team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Commitment to continuous learning and technical leadership within the cloud and infrastructure ecosystem.
• Experience designing and delivering solutions with strong data governance and security controls.
• Strong understanding of Broadcom's vision for VMware Cloud Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all engagements.
• Define and evolve the technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services, including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere solutions.
• Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services, including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere 9.
• Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and support presales efforts.
• Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex client challenges related to Broadcom VCF solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor.
