Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead and mature the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation services practice.

You will drive technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF infrastructure modernization and hybrid cloud services for enterprise and commercial clients. You will mentor architects, consultants, and engineers, partner with sales and delivery teams, and build reusable architectures and delivery frameworks to ensure secure,

Qualifications

5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
Willingness to travel to client sites (up to 20%).
Experience designing solutions with data governance and security controls.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice with consistent high-quality delivery.
Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere).
Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services, including VCF 9.x and vSAN.
Partner with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and support presales.
Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics for improvement.
