Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead, scale, and mature the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) services practice.

You will own technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Infrastructure Modernization and Hybrid Cloud services for enterprise clients. You will mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers, define delivery standards, and partner with sales to shape offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in consulting or enterprise environments.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice with consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere).
• Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere 9).
• Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and support presales efforts.
• Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to drive improvements.
• Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, and accelerators for the VCF practice.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges related to Broadcom VCF solutions.
