Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) services practice, overseeing delivery, technical direction, and people leadership across VCF infrastructure modernization and hybrid cloud engagements.

The role partners with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to ensure secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise clients using VMware by Broadcom technologies. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent required.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Strong communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice with consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere).
• Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers.
• Own practice capability development across VCF services including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere 9.
• Collaborate with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and presales readiness.
• Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics for improvement.
• Create reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges.
