Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Manager for Cloud Foundation Services to lead the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) practice, drive delivery excellence, and scale a multi-disciplinary team across VCF infrastructure modernization and hybrid cloud projects.

You will partner with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to shape offerings, ensure secure and scalable outcomes, mentor engineers, and build repeatable architectures and accelerators for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

Expert understanding of Broadcom/Broadcom VMware Service engagements and delivery methodologies.
Thorough knowledge of Broadcom's VMware Services Entitlement Program.
Expert ability to lead and scale consultative delivery teams.
Expert relationship management skills with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Expert ability to oversee complex, multi-workstream delivery engagements.
Strong understanding of organizational operations, market positioning, competitive dynamics, and business processes.
Ability to design and implement long-term workforce and organizational initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
Proven ability to direct projects through completion while ensuring effective resource utilization, successful outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice across engagements.
Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere).
Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers.
Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services.
Partner with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and delivery readiness.
Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics for improvement.
Create and maintain reusable architectures, templates, and accelerators.
Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges.
Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor for Broadcom VCF strategy.
