SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead and scale its VMware Broadcom Cloud Foundation (VCF) services practice. You will direct technical delivery, mentor architects and engineers, and collaborate with sales to ensure secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise clients.

You will oversee VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere solutions, driving continuous improvement and a culture of delivery excellence across cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Experience designing and delivering solutions with strong data governance and security controls.
• Strong understanding of Broadcom's vision for VMware Cloud Foundation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice with high-quality delivery.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services.
• Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services.
• Partner with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and presales efforts.
• Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics.
• Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges related to Broadcom VCF.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders as trusted advisor.
