Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead and scale the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Cloud Management offerings. You will guide technical direction, ensure delivery excellence, and mentor architects and engineers across VCF Automation and Operations.

You will collaborate with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to deliver secure, high-impact outcomes for enterprise clients while growing SHI’s VCF services capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional leadership team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Commitment to continuous learning and technical leadership within the cloud and infrastructure ecosystem.
• Experience designing and delivering solutions with strong data governance and security controls.
• Strong understanding of Broadcom's vision for VMware Cloud Foundation.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice.
• Define and evolve the technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services.
• Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and support presales.
• Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics.
• Lead creation of reusable architectures and delivery frameworks.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges.
