Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead, scale, and mature the VMware Cloud Foundation services practice. You’ll own technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Infrastructure Modernization and Hybrid Cloud engagements.

You will mentor architects and engineers, partner with sales, and drive secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise clients using Broadcom VMware technologies. This role requires travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

Expert understanding of Broadcom services engagements and delivery methodologies.
Proven ability to lead and scale consultative delivery teams.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice with consistent high-quality delivery.
Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere).
Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
Own capability development across Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere 9).
Shaping offerings with sales and solution architecture teams to support presales and delivery readiness.
