Job summary
SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead and mature the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation services practice. You will direct delivery, capabiilty development, and mentor architects, consultants, and engineers across VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC, and vSphere suites.
You will partner with sales and delivery leaders to ensure secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise and commercial clients leveraging VMware by Broadcom technologies. Remote role with travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Leads and mentors delivery teams across VMware by Broadcom services.
- Develops and enforces delivery standards across Broadcom VCF services.
- Manages client relationships and ensures measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice with high-quality delivery.
- Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services.
- Mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
- Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services, including VCF 9.x and vSAN.
- Partner with sales and architecture teams to shape offerings and presales readiness.
- Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to drive improvements.
- Create reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, and accelerators.
