Responsibilities

• Champion and advocate for customers within AWS.
• Develop and lead a team of Technical Account Managers responsible for solving technical issues and working with AWS engineers.
• Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure cloud deployment success and resilience.
• Engage with executives to translate business needs into technical plans.
• Drive proactive risk mitigation through reviews and incident response.
