Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
• Experience in programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
• Experience working with, presenting to, or influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end deployment plans across customer, services and partners; clear blockers and manage timelines.
• Use coding, debugging, or systems design to resolve blockers and accelerate deployment.
• Track ramp of workloads from agreement to consumption and accelerate adoption.
• Identify expansion opportunities for new workloads within the account.
• Drive ongoing product usage to realize value and support renewals.
