Qualifications

2+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience.
2+ years of computer layer 1/2 networking (including troubleshooting and repair) experience.
Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of technical issues brought by customers, coordinating with other teams to drive resolution.
Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Address root causes and understand broader context.
Maintain SLAs through proactive issue detection and reporting.
