Qualifications

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix; troubleshoot network issues.
• Primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• On-call duties and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements.
• Assist in interviewing, training and onboarding new team members.
