Qualifications

• 18+ months of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience.
• 18+ months of computer layer 1/2 networking experience including troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel to data center locations as needed.

• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to operational incidents.
• Participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance activities.
