Qualifications
18+ months of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience.
18+ months of computer layer 1/2 networking experience including troubleshooting.
Ability to travel to data center locations as needed.
Responsibilities
Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix.
Troubleshoot network issues and respond to operational incidents.
Participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance activities.
Skills
