Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Technician to maintain and repair server hardware and networking at our data centers. You will diagnose issues, perform on-call duties, and coordinate with engineers and vendors to keep AWS services available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience or related IT work.
• 2+ years of computer layer 1/2 networking experience (troubleshooting & repair).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights & holidays.

Responsabilités

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix on components.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to operational incidents.
• Carry out routine network, server hardware, and OS repairs to maintain service availability.
• Act as primary contact for engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
