Formación

• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Experience with computer networking and Linux.
• Capable of lifting and racking up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends.
• 18+ months hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience.
• 18+ months of networking (Layer 1/2) experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call duties and maintenance windows.
• Assist in documentation and process improvements.
• Help interview, train, and onboard new team members.
