Job summary

Qualifications
- 1+ years of computer networking experience.
- 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
- Experience in computer networking.
- Experience working with Linux operating systems.
- Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds.
- 18+ months hardware troubleshooting or IT experience.
- 18+ months of computer layer 1/2 networking experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform server rack installations, hardware break-fix, and network troubleshooting.
- Serve as primary contact for engineers, vendors, and contractors.
- Participate in on-call duties and maintenance.
- Contribute to documentation and process improvements.
- Help interview, train, and onboard new team members.
