Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years hardware troubleshooting experience.
• 2+ years of L1/L2 networking experience.
• Willing to work flexible schedule incl. nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair server hardware and components, diagnose issues.
• Serve as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintenance.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements.
