Qualifications

• Essential: 4+ years IT experience or degree in CS/engineering/math or equivalent.
• Essential: 2+ years of people management experience.
• Essential: 2+ years of operations/on-call support for data centers or production facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center operations teams across locations and shift arrangements.
• Prioritize and assign work, manage performance and safety KPIs.
• Recruit and train staff; develop career paths and staffing plans.
• Ensure queue management, on-call schedules, and hardware logistics are optimized.
• Drive process improvements, tech innovations, and automation initiatives.
• Manage large-scale outages and act as call leader as needed.
