• 4+ years of IT experience or degree in a related field
• 2+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years of operations/on‑call support experience in data centers or facilities

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign tasks for data center technicians and operators
• Manage a diverse team across multiple locations
• Develop career paths and update internal tools
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing
• Oversee day-to-day data center operations and 7/24 shift planning
• Lead large scale outage events and serve as call leader
• Improve workflows, processes, and automation
• Document policies to meet SLAs and best practices
