CDW is seeking a Manager, PPM to lead a team focused on predefined product categories within the CDW portfolio. You will drive profitability by developing programs for products and partners and aligning marketing plans with key partner relationships.

The role involves setting pricing strategies, enabling customer offers, and coordinating with segment and sales leaders to shape customer segment focus. Occasional travel is required as part of vendor and partner engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field and 5 years of product management, marketing, supply chain, sales or finance experience. OR, 9 years of product management, marketing, supply chain, sales or finance experience.
• MBA is a plus and indicates advanced business acumen.
• Experience coaching or mentoring others and leading cross-functional teams.

• Provide leadership to coworkers through coaching, feedback, development goals, and performance management.
• Own and maximize PCM - Partner Controllable Margin.
• Establish pricing strategies, monitor competitive activity, oversee product information and identify customer needs.
• Create customer offers and develop marketing plans for the product portfolio.
• Maximize revenue, profit and vendor co-op for specific product category through planning and marketing.
• Manage and interface with partners to develop or enhance marketing of products.
• Lead and direct merchandising activities and assess competitive landscape.
• Manage SKUs per product category and track industry trends.
