- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of cloud native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with ML model development or deployment.
- Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks or integrating models via API prompting or RAG.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical wins for complex workloads within Cloud AI and support the business cycle from evaluation to customer ramp.
- Provide functional, customer-tailored solutions that secure buy-in from customer domain experts.
- Offer deep technical consultation and build lasting customer relationships.
- Contribute to reusable assets with the Go-To-Market team and document customer feature requests.
