Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Practice Customer Engineer (Cloud AI) to partner with technical sales teams and differentiate Google Cloud for customers. You will serve as a technical expert, accelerate wins, and develop prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and demos for highly specialized workloads.

You will collaborate with Platform CEs to solve AI centric challenges, write code, and provide actionable feedback to product teams while engaging with customers to understand business and technical requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of cloud native architecture experience in customer-facing or support roles.
Experience with ML model development and deployment.
Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks and tool-use patterns.
Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.

Responsibilities

Drive the technical win for complex workloads within Cloud AI to ensure rapid adoption.
Provide functional, customer-tailored solutions to secure buy-in from domain experts.
Offer deep technical consultation and build lasting customer relationships.
Create reusable solutions and assets with the Go-To-Market team.
Document and prioritize customer feature requests with Product/Engineering.
