Google Cloud is seeking a Practice Customer Engineer specialized in Cloud AI to accelerate adoption of complex workloads and provide technical leadership across customer engagements. You will prototype solutions, write code, and work with Platform CEs to demonstrate value to customers and influence product direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of cloud native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment.
• Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks or integrating models into autonomous workflows.
• Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.

Responsabilités

• Drive the technical win for complex workloads within Cloud AI to ensure rapid adoption.
• Provide functional, customer-tailored solutions that secure buy-in from engineers and domain experts.
• Deliver deep technical consultation and build lasting customer relationships.
• Create reusable solutions and assets with the Go-To-Market team.
• Document and prioritize customer feature requests with Product and Engineering.
