Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within a highly technical context
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and how to apply them in sales
• Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (Sales, Services, Marketing, Data Cloud)
• Ability to map client needs to Salesforce/Agentforce capabilities through in-depth discovery
• Strong technical selling skills and ability to translate AI features into business value

Responsibilities

• Identify and position Agentforce opportunities with potential customers using AI insights
• Collaborate with Salesforce Sales team to drive growth with current and new clients
• Articulate Salesforce Product stack and how Agentforce delivers tailored solutions within existing architectures
• Lead comprehensive discovery to uncover critical business needs and demonstrate Agentforce impact
• Develop POVs that show tangible value of Agentforce across technical and business stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience through the sales cycle
• Align solutions with clients' long-term strategic objectives
• Present compelling Agentforce use cases to resonate with buyers
