Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for Agentforce Specialist with deep AI expertise to drive revenue growth by partnering with the Salesforce Sales team to close opportunities with mid-market and commercial customers (200–4,500 employees). You’ll lead discovery conversations, define business-focused POVs, and collaborate across teams to deliver a unified customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mid-market or commercial B2B technical sales.
• Deep knowledge of AI and ML concepts, including configuring agents, connecting to workflows, automations, and APIs.
• Experience selling AI-driven customer engagement solutions and working with the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud).
• Strong ability to conduct in-depth technical discovery and translate AI solutions into business value for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Salesforce Sales team to source, qualify, and close Agentforce opportunities across current and new customers.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and articulate how Agentforce capabilities deliver measurable outcomes.
• Craft POVs connecting Agentforce's capabilities to business value for decision-makers.
