Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for Agentforce to drive AI-enabled revenue with mid-market and commercial customers in the US. You will partner with the Salesforce Sales team to identify, develop, and close opportunities for clients ranging from 200 to 4,500 employees.

You will lead discovery, articulate business value of AI agents, automation, API integration, and Data Cloud, and present compelling POVs to both technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mid-market or commercial B2B technical sales.
• Deep knowledge of AI and ML concepts, including agents, automations and APIs.
• Experience selling AI-driven customer engagement solutions and working with Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and close Agentforce opportunities with Salesforce Sales team.
• Lead discovery conversations to translate AI capabilities into business value.
• Craft POVs connecting Agentforce tech to business outcomes for technical and business buyers.
• Collaborate across Salesforce teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
